. If you can not pay just yet after I send a W.I.P I will stop my commission and continue to the next until you are able to pay!
. I can Hold the commission up to a month if you do not send payment within the next 2 weeks your commission will be scrapped
. Once you pay but want a refund before I start I will return it to you fully. However if I already started there are no refunds and I will finish it.
